having problems with buying some wheels

What to do. Hey guys i was dealing with this guy on here buying some wheels from him, i sent him his full payment he asked for and that was 3 weeks ago, hes been jiveing me saying he shipped them and all sorts of stuff saying that his post office was remodeling and they were closed, than he tells me he shipped than on sunday? i was like sunday isnt the post office closed, than he goes i shipped them out monday morning, so i dont understand, i sent him the payment through paypal, if anyone has any idea what to do and how to get my money back let me know, i'am still not 100% sure of this yet but from all this bs hes been telling me it really seems like it
Why dont you try getting in touch with Paypal and letting them know what happened, they would probably be more help on the matter than we would.
But if you got the wheels off of the forum, post the members name up and put some pressure on him to come through.
