joshua32 does not honor a commitment told me he was going to sell me a west wings front lip for 100 plus shipping, so while i am waiting for him to get me the shipping price he gets an offer from someone else and instead of honoring the deal he made with me, tells me to pound sand and refuses to sell to me, so if you are hoping to buy something from him dont count on him keeping his word.

Read this, especially number one, the seller ultimately has the right to sell to whoever he chooses, as well as the right to refuse to sell to someone for whatever reason
Me being the seller would have the right to sell to whoever(not you) I choose...and the seller (me again) has the right to refuse to sell to someone(you) for whatever reason.
Do you still not understand? I tried to be courteous to you and told you I was sorry if it seemed like I was being a dick. But you continued to call me a ******** and threaten to take me to small claims court and then leave me negative feedback for a transaction that never took place. Really, I have been called worse names yet I am still here today. Thanks for your time and your kind words. Please quit pm'ing me.

for one thing, i did not call "dibs" you and i had a verbal and written agreement via email which in the court system is a valid contract, you declined to honor that contract which i COULD take you to small claims over, i stated that i wouldn't do that, but i could. However i do feel that it is my responsiblity to let potential buyers know what they are getting into when they go into a contract with you, and that is you do not honor your word, which you have sold for 100 bucks, i hope you can look yourself in the mirror. I know i couldnt.
