Tom did indicate that he felt really bad about this and was going to reflect with a partial refund of money.

Must not feel too bad. He still has not contacted me. I really don't care about a partial refund I just want the parts I paid for. If Tom can't accomplish that then the refund isn't gonna happen either.

PMs replied. I really appreciate your guys willingness to help me out on this. It is somewhat disappointing it has to come to this. It can't be that difficult to mail out a couple parts. He could mail out half the stuff but not the rest WTF!!!!!

I started a thread in the MW section too. I left him a message just now. I also banned him for a year but will lift it once you have ALL your parts. I hate to ban friends but this has taken too long.
