I was taken care of but not after LOTS of BS tactics to get my money back, and months later. Stop selling junk jim! Where does it get you???

Also, thus far he's offered to pay "half" and give me 250 bucks...... I don't how that can be considered half or be thought of as reasonable when I need to replace an entire shortblock.

I bought a brand new 370 shortblock from jim, and it turns out to be a piece of junk. The motor was locked when i bought it, because the rod caps were on backwards, wrong main caps were used on the shortblock, piston rings were broken which cut the cylinder wall and many other problems. I talked to jim a few weeks ago, but now he wont even return my calls

how do these people ever sleep i thought of buying one of those low milage ebay engines not after reading this ill save and buy a new shortblock thanks for warning if he is as good a seller as he states he would send another shortblock or arrange a refund 2350 is alot of cash id really see a lawyer im sure atleast one of your rights were violated again thanks for warning

if the deck was warped that bad it would not be running good somethimg wouldve been blowin everywhere (oil,coolant,compression)this guy is a loser hes lucky it wasnt me i wouldve made a crosscuntry roadtrip just to shuv it all up his ***
this thing had to have a million miles on it ive seenm better blocks with over 200k on them im really glad i joined ls1 tech good luck

I was reading other posts by members and it seems that he always had trouble with the shipping company. I didn't get my motor till a month after I paid for it. I set him a pm asking what was up, and this was the reply i got.
Derek, I found the problem and it should be resolved and showing with freightquote by late today or tomorrow. The guy at the dock that took my bill of lading paperwork that I printed out and took down there, lost it or forgot to give it to someone else, so my pallet got moved and put to the side and the guy that was there when I went down there didnt know anything about it and assumed it was shipping and on its way since it wasnt out on the dock.
seems like this guy has the worst luck with shipping things
