I sent a $500 cashiers check to this guy on 12/23 02.Did not receive the hal shocks and struts until
the middle of jan 03.I made several phone calls
and received several diferent excuses on why they
were not shipped. When they finnally did come the
stud on the top of one of the stuts was stripped.
He would not accept cod, said he was shipping
them from a gm dealer in va.and that was the reason.I sent an email and a pm to him stateing
the problem but recieved no reply.Excusses are as follows,Grandma sick, sent parts to wrong person,
busy durring the holidays. I only got the parts shipped when I told him I was going to assume
this was a fraudulent transaction. He then said he would ship them next day air and provided
me with a tracking # to appease me.The parts came ground.
.A new stud from hal was ordered to the tune of $24.76 + shipping.I will never trust another
seller who won't allow cod so an inspection can be
made. sorry for the long post.

Just to let u know u can't inspect a COD package either. Once u sign for the box u own it. No opening the box inspecting the package and if not satisfied refuse it and send back. That would be a perfect world.

I refuse to do cod as a seller because I've been burnt twice (for $50)for shipping and cod charges because the buyer backed out. Plus it takes forever to get the money.
