He sold shocks to Steven Graf quite a while ago.
The shocks arrived damaged.
The shocks were not insured.
Albert only wants Steven to claim it with the USPS and right now Steven has $700 shocks of which only two are reusable.
In my mind not getting insurance for that big of a transaction clearly puts all blame on Albert and he is to be avoided for demonstrating on ongoing lack of integrity with dealing with members of our community.
