This person advertised that he was selling a used set of rear Koni shocks. The day after I told him I would take the shocks, the money was in the mail (10/11/06). On the 17th he receives my money yet doesn't ship out my shocks until 10/30/2006. The only reason that he even shipped these shocks out was because I had to call and remind him to ship out the shocks numerous times. When UPS drops off the shocks I open them up and find out that Derek Wolfe sent me some KYB AGX shocks instead. I have tried numerous phone calls and PM's. I will keep these shocks if a get some of my money back. If anyone knows of another way to get in contact with this thief please let me know. Or better yet have this coward give me a call.

He didn't send pics because they were still on the car when he sold them. I think he took almost 3 weeks to ship them after he received my money because as soon as he popped them off he realized they were KYB's, not Koni's. I have already had the constable from down here leave a message on his cell phone. If I don't hear back from him in a couple of days I'm going to have a lawsuit typed up on county letterhead and sent via registered mail. The $60 in court costs means nothing to me if I can get the Koni's that I paid for. These are the shocks that he sent me. I did put these on my car because my other shocks were leaking. Supposedly these are "Koni shocks with only 1000 miles on them". The KYB's he sent me feel like absolute crap. If anyone can help me out please give me a call @ (903) 316-5445.
