I was ROBBED!!!! Be careful buying anything from an individual named PDIRTY706 who has now changed his name to PDIRTY702 on Ebay. I purchased t-tops from him Oct 28 and paid for expedited shipping / insurance. He waited a week to send them to me then claimed they were in the back of his pickup truck and got severly scratched. He said he would send pics and a tracking number I got neither. I am now waiting to hear from Paypal whether I can get my money back or not. Pete aka PDIRTY702 sent no communication to me since then. Watch out I now cannot drive until this dispute is solved. I'd love to know what scam this is they are pulling. Oh well hope I get some of my $196 dollars back so I can buy another drivers side t-top for my 01 trans am... That's ashame a veteran getting robbed on veterans day. Don't send any payment to this paypal, account e- mail listed bellow I had to manipulate it so it would not be seen as a link!that's what they are using. And feel free to let him know that the community on here does not appreciate them stealing from me!

Yes you can do something right now. You can do a chargeback dispute. Gives you the money right back into your pp and takes it out of his until everything gets resolved which most likely it would be in your favor so you could do it right now and have your money back.

Yeah my paypal has my full amount in there BUT it has pending so I guess I will have to wait it out until turd family decides they can't do this to me. I will choke him out in my next life. Let me find out where he lives he's getting a turd under the tree this year he has definitely made my christmas list. I hope he gets the clap that thief. Thanks for your advice and support right about now I need it. By the way went to a hockey game in Richmond Va on my way home a black camaro passed us so fast it was almost unrecognizeable - almost gave me a woody. Thanks to whoever you are make me remember what I am fighting for.
you need to raise the dispute to a claim and let paypal come into it. once you raise it to a claim he has 10 days to respond to paypal if he doesn't then the money automatically put into your account. I just got through one of these BC a guy sent me some bent draglites and also missing the center caps but i started the disput then raised it to a claim and he never responded and the money was there on the 11th day.

GREAT NEWS - I THINK... After hundreds of e-mails sent to the scammers address, I got this reply this morning...Hey smarty its takes up to 8 days to get your refund via paypal. You can get your panties out of a bunch now. This is the last neurotic email I will indulge with an answer so savor it. END OF MESSAGE... So I logged into good ol paypal and it states refund initiated - it has to clear there account however. We shall see, and yes I am prepared to send a hundred more e-mails out...
