I am not going to point out the obvious here. Another agreement was offered and rejected yet from time to time a post comes in from buyer or seller that could be handled in PM or email.

Once again, you can send them back with a certified letter documenting the transaction with demand of full and reasonable refund. If that is not met you have grounds to file a court claim.

i just looked at the shipping label on the box he sent the t-body in & he does live in ashland kentucky!!!!!!!

He told you to send it back dude. And you still haven't posted the pics showing what's even wrong with the throttle body. Last time I checked, it was a Franz throttle body that he had and it was a good piece of hardware. What's even wrong with it? You can't just back out for no reason just 'cause you don't like the looks. You bought a USED item AS-IS. Twink has been telling me for over a week that he's waiting on the TB to come in and he's refunding it. (Not sure why this was edited without explanation, but I'll re-post part: If it were my item I sold, I'd not refund anything. It's used and as-is.)

 

Not choosing either side here but:

This entire thread would have been not needed if the buyer had demanded pictures of the ACTUAL item he was buying BEFORE paying for it. If he didn't like the looks of the TB - then he wouldn't have paid for it.

I buy nothing unless I see actual pics of the item first - I don't settle for those who post manufacturer catalog pics of items they are selling or give you the reply of 'go to their website - they show pics '

Bottom line - if the seller can't take the time to give pics of items they are selling then they are either hiding something or fuggin lazy - either way, I'm no longer interested.

BTW, the excuse of 'I don't have a digital camera' doesn't fly with me either - everyone on this planet has, or has access to a camera of some type, hell every kid from the age of 12 has a cell phone with a camera in it...

Twink posted a short shifter for sale saying it was a Lou's Short Stick. There were pics and everything so I bought it, but after getting it and doing some looking to find an answer to a question that he wouldn't respond to, I found out its the WS6 Store shifter. I'm assuming he said it was Lou's so he could get more money out of it. This was after I left good feeback and still thought it was Lou's. Not that big of a deal, but dishonest on his part. He wont get any more of my money.
