I recently bought a cam from BorgerTransAm. When it arrived, I saw it had corrosion on all the bearing journals and some of the lobes. I contacted him, not demanding anything, but just stating that I was not happy with the cam. He offered to take it back and refund the money. We agreed to both eat some shipping costs and I sent the cam back and he sent me a refund. No hard feelings and no hassles at all. It's too bad everyone doesn't conduct business this way.
