So your saying, to show you up, my brother went and bought and LT1 compressor AND a bracket, and then broke that bracket to show you up at which time you claimed that bracket was broken on what you sent him? Amazing, you'll say anything to weasel your way out of this... Just keep forming your story to counteract everything against you...

If its not obvious my brother has already purchased a new ac compressor from another member and got it fine. Which wouldn't be needed has 69vette not been crooked.

You said "That bracket always breaks off the blocks" On an LT1 that bracket attaches to the block itself. Unless by using the word blocks you meant ac lines. Which does not compute. I broke that same bracket off my LT1 pulling the compressor out since I had no idea there was a bracket in the back holding it to the block.

Because the seller is responding, the buyer has his BROTHER chiming in constantly and it seems it is getting worked out.

I have way worse deals to spend my 'free' time on.

Apparantly.... The buyers BROTHER, ME, has uncovered a scammer on this site, who would have thought that would be grounds for you to act upon...

Careful man. You're taking your anger out on the wrong person. Attacking a mod on here isn't too smart, PLUS he stated why he stayed away. I'm not saying your wrong in your claim, but don't burn your bridges.
Sorry my .02 cents

+1. Anyways I gave your brother my address and have still offered a refund, even after paypal sided with me and after all of this. He should have returned it in the begining and there would have been no problem at all.

Dude, I have a problem with the slander and defamation more than anything. It really bothers me more than anything.

You don't read the sponsor feedback section often enough to see that it does happen where the wrong part was sent out - after numerous emails or phone calls about a specific part.
It happens. Seller has offered a refund. That says a great deal for the seller.

I suggest you hop down off that soap box and get it shipped back (or your brother, not sure who really is the scammer here) and get a refund asap.

did you even read anything in this whole thread? cant believe your calling us scammers

it says a great deal about the seller to ship something out knowing he is scamming me, then not offer to pay for shipping back to him. this whole ordeal has wasted me money and time

I have read the entire thread and if you do not drop the keyboard warrior gig, you are pushing the limit for this thread to be deleted entirely.

Seller is offering a refund. I am not sure how you got "scammed" or there is any scamming going on when they responded as they have. So what if they have other parts for sale, others do as well and some, like myself, own more than one of a specific f-body. That is not against any rules.

Next post better be "Refund accepted" or this thread goes in the trash PERIOD.

VideoMaker - 2KThunder:
69vette has offered a refund, case closed. I know you are worried about shipping charges, but work it out with him. Thats between you guys, period.

69vette has stepped up to the plate and has offered to make wrong - right.

And you two guys need to stop your crying asking a Mod to step in and help out. No need, seller is trying to settle. And buyer beware, read the stickies....please. And KNOW what part you need, day ONE when you got it, working or not you should have known that was not for an LSX motor. Goes for the seller as well.

Thanks,
Craig.
