Greg did contact me and I will give him credit that things were as he stated they were in relation to the shipping snafu. Fed-Ex did not pick them up when they were supposed to even after he scheduled them for pickup. He did send me the wrong tracking numbers but did get back with me with the right one after I phoned and emailed. It would appear that a majority of the issue is related to him being out of town and therefore out of touch. He did go out of his way to get an email to me to let me know what was apparently going on. I believe this to me a misunderstanding related to a lack of communication. The bottom line is that I did get my heads and I thank him for doing what he stated he would. Thank you for your time.
