I sent him my uncut ashtray and $85 for his ashtray that had a switch in it and the cut out. I sent him a payment thru bill pay at my bank and he cashed the bank draft on the 21st of May. He read a pm i sent him about seeing he got the check and just let me know when it ships. he hasn't been back here or read a pm since(22nd). I posted a thread in the Texas section to see if anyone knew him or could find out something. so i got an email from him on the 30th saying sorry, in arizona, get it right out, send a tracking number, whatever, was told he would ship on monday that would be the 4th. nothing nada since that email. ran his thread up a few times, sent some more emails but no response. i have saved all our pms emails and such but it won't matter. least it is only $85
i haven't even listed it as bad feedback so if there is some kinda story and i still get it i can leave neutral. i just want my part or my money does not matter to me. if any of you know him and can help, i would appreciate it.

no new info here although he has logged on recently (7/24/07). still hasn't read the pms i sent back in may and june or responded to any emails. i guess he has no conscience or no ***** or both??
