the item came with the bell housing SMASHED becuase the UPS store he shipped it from sent it in a CARDBOARD box not a palette. this guy supposidly works on race cars and he sent it like that. I filed a claim with UPS for the insurance money on the item and did all the leg work to get the claim submitted not this guy JAKE PARKER and they said becuase he shipped the item that they would give him the money and he would refund us. He was all nice up until he got the check from UPS and got more money from them. I have all emails showing that he was going to refund us. So not only did he get the 1175 from us he took UPS's money and never gave us ours. He also lied to UPS and told them we gave him 1400.00. THis guy seems hard up for money. I always say what goes around comes around....he'll get his and I dont back down so he will be in serious trouble for theft. We paid him the 1175.00 for the item plus the shipping he is trying to say that I didnt pay the insurance he did...well um...he paid the insurance for us since we paid him 1175.00 SHIPPED.....DUH how stupid can you be! Anyone having any information please contact us. Including if you have ever traded with him.

BTW we paid through paypal and they wont cover you if something like this happens just to let you know. they only cover transactions that are bought off ebay! Be weary of something like this.
