ripped off fo $10

I made a deal with nc Z28 aka Mike Kiley from Burlington NC
The deal went down on Jan 30 03 i sent him a $10 money order for an SLP badge ive been patiant and corgal with him. Ive sent email after email and to this day he hasent returned my money or sent me the badge. he is full of excuses. ill know is that i would stay away from doing bussiness with him. its not about the money its the prinsapality of things.
