Bad buying experience
Bad buying experience I hate doing this to a person but since I have given elevensecondv6 plenty of opportunity to redeem himself and I cant get any response from him. I purchased a Motorolla Slvr from him a few months ago. got the phone and it looked great and powered right up. first thing i noticed was no backlighting behind the numbers. didnt think much about it, irritated me but for the price, i can deal with it. got a text message and couldnt read it, hit cancel button and just read it later. go to read it later and there is not even a message inbox anywhere on the menu. i contact him and he assures me it workd flawless before. i take it to at&t and they say that it is either the phone is jacked up or a software issue. i notify elevensecondv6 and he tells me he is going to check to see if he can get it swapped and this is after a month of me taking it to different places and noone can do anything with it. he offers to possibly buy it back, nice offer but now he wont respond to any of my pm's. kevin i am giving you another chance to redeem yourself man. i have sent you a few pm's and no response so get back with me and make this right.

The phone was absolutely in 100% working order when I sent it to you.I never had a moments problem with it.I can't say if it got damaged while shipping or why it suddenly started acting up.You said in your PM that it was possibly the area that you lived in that was making it act up.I don't think that is possible or at least I never heard of something like that.I also have never heard of a message inbox suddenly disappearing.I know the phone worked perfectly when it left here and that's all I can say.You can check my feedback on here and see that I have 100% positive feedback and everyone has been happy with the items they received from me.I also have over 130 positive feedbacks on ebay and no negatives.I am not out to screw anyone over and you can see that in my feedback rating.

Elevensecond used to have a BAD 83 Z, its mine now and in my garage right now and trust me it was not cheap. I LOVE IT!
I bought a timing retard from him years back no problems, bought a Treo 650 phone that ended up having issues because the software was out of date. He had me come over and updated the software for me free of charge since I did not have the computer hook up to do it and it fixed the problem, year later still no problems.
I bought a good sized Ipod from him a few months back and no problems at all.
The shipper could have droped the box or something for all we know.
I saw him several times with the Slvr and can confrim that it worked fine before he shipped it.
My phone would lock up and do all sorts of crazy stuff and it was just the software. Have you updated the software yet? Look it up in your phone then call your provider and find out if its current.
I will say that Kevin has had A LOT of bad stuff happen in the last two months or so and has also had a lot going on. Not going to say what but I would honestly cut him some slack on not replying.
Find out what software is on your phone, find out if its current, if its not update it, if it is then let him know and I am sure you guys can work something out. He also does have a TON of e-bay positive feedbacks, everything from Ipods to carbs, to cars.

i know things happen and he has let me know why at first he was slow to respond and some of the same things happened to me in the last year and i understood but I went for almost a month with no response. as i stated i hated to put something like this on here but the box was perfect when it arrived, the phone was well packaged and yest the software is up to date, i have checked that numerous times and even taken my girls razr and checked all the settings to make sure everything was the same. kevin i will email you away from here.

I know you said you had the same thing happen to you that happened to me but in my eyes we didn't.You said you lost your Grandfather last year which I am sorry to hear.I however lost my mother May 4th and my father July 4th.When you actually lose a parent it is different than losing a Grandparent.Then try losing both your parents within a 2 month period.It is something that I can't even begin to describe and wouldn't wish on my worst enemy.I am not looking for any sympathy from anyone I am just stating the facts in my situation.
