rmitchell242 and Advanced Dyno I sent Paypal payment for this complete LS2 motor: https://ls1tech.com/forums/lsx-parts-sale/788737-00-complete-ls2-motor-sale.html on 9/30/07. Payment confirmation was received via telephone from Robert Mitchell (rmitchell242) that night. I told Robert I would call him in the morning with the address to send the motor to. We talked once last Wednesday (10/3/07) and Robert and I agreed to wait to ship the motor because he had a T56 transmission I may be interested in.
I didn't hear any updates on the transmission, so I have attempted to contact him regarding the motor, with no luck. I have emailed him, PM'd him, and called him everyday with no response for the last 5 days.
I was going to give him another couple days to respond, because I gave him the benefit of the doubt. However, he has been online on LS1tech multiple times today and has not responded to my PM's or phone calls.
I would like to give him the benefit of the doubt, but I starting to think he is running away with my money. I am going to file a Paypal claim if I do not hear from him by tomorrow. Either way, at this point I would just like my money back.
