nytemar STAY AWAY! I bought a set of wheels and tires from nytemar

The wheels were described as flawless and the tires as having about 50% tread left. When they arrived, two of the wheels had areas of damage to the lip and the tires had ZERO tread left. They were worn completely down to the wear marks and were not even usable. Additionally, the seller significantly overcharged me on shipping after shipping the wheels in a manner other than agreed upon, which caused substantial damage to one of the wheels. We agreed on shipping the wheels in individula boxes and they simply shipped them with cardboard disks on the faces of the wheels with the lugnuts taped inside of one of the wheels. The damage was caused by the lugnuts coming loose and rattling around against the wheel during shipping. Their shipping method would have been fine had they charged me appropriately and shipped the lugnuts in a seperate box.
After 4 months now, the seller has refused to provide me with any compensation for the condition of the wheels and tires. They have refused to provide me with any compensation for the more than $100 that they overcharged me on shipping. They have even refused to provide a letter of permission, required by Fedex, for me to file a damage claim with Fedex for the damage to the wheel from the lugnuts. Damage that their incompitance caused!
They have also stopped communicating with me.
The only reason I have not sued this individual is because they reside in Mississippi and I am in South Carolina. After over 4 months of bending over backwards and trying to be patient, I may file an internet fraud claim. Yes, 4 MONTHS!
Do not ever buy anything from this individual. People like this are what is wrong with society today. It seems like no one is true to their word anymore.
