Bad seller - CHarris I don't like doing this, but since this person actively sells parts on here, I feel obliged to let others know what to expect if they have any issues.

I paid him $3500 for a 6L eng that he claimed "was like new & ran like a raped ape" - I have spent $2500 in parts & machining so far trying to make it good!
The motor had a noisy lifter when it was first started. I had to replace the lifters & oil pump to make it quit (I put <30 miles on the motor & many lifters were physically damaged). Cory refused to pay for the parts saying it was something I did when I replaced the cam before I installed the engine in my truck. (I wanted a towing power band, not 7000 rpms his cam made)
Then it blew a head gasket after 200 miles. (the reason GM pulled the engine out of an Escalade in the 1st place) I took it to my machinist who had to mill the heads .015" AND the block .010". He also replaced all the bearings. The main & rod bearings were all scarred / gouged badly, & the cam bearing were well into the copper.
Evidently Cory never had the engine gone thru when he bought it from GM. Which IS a normal thing to do when someone else blows a head gasket & you turn it into a race motor. It appears he just threw in a cam, slapped some heads on it & sold it to me at a premium price. Maybe this explains why Cory gave up on this project (he put the enigne into a Vette).
He has denied any responsibility & refused repeated requests for some kind of refund. He continues to say I did all of this. My machinist, my LS1 guru & I disagree. So buyer beware....
