"juicedSS" I am trying to get in touch with Justin (juicedSS). I bought a Mosier 12 bolt from him that was supposed to come with a set of 3.42 gears. I even split the shipping with him even though he forgot them. Well over a month has gone by and now I can't even get him to return my phone calls. If anyone knows his last name please let me know so that I can get an address on where to send the small claim court papers. Thank you for your time.

"my buddy was supposed to get them last week but he forgot about it but i will get them out next week even if i have to take off work and get them. can u send me ur address too"

I understand that sometimes sh*t happens but to not even return my phone calls is BS. Thanks in advance for any info anyone can provide. If I don't hear from him by the end of today I am just going to order some from Summit and then file the small claims paperwork once I get his address and the like.

thats the name i got from paypal.
it has been over 2 months since i bought SFCs from him. a week or so went by and he said he was waiting on more stuff to ship out because how he lives so far away.i told him i was in rush for them and put it off.Now he hasnt been back on Tech. i finally found his # and called, probably a month after the fact, he said he forgot. coool fine with me. call back a couple weeks later, no answer but he did call me back after i called twice. He said he got a box and was ready to ship.
im not home, but as of a couple days ago when i talked to family they still hadnt showed up. Im going to call again today and see what happens.
If any one can help i would appreciate it.

I have called him 3 times since then and made sure to PM my address to him again. I even called this morning and got nothing back as of yet. I really hate to be ugly about this but I guess I am about to look up his address in a statewide DB (A freind of mine is an attorney and he allows me access in times such as these.) that I have access to and see what address comes up. I guess I will then have to go ahead and file a small claims suit and possibly "theft by deception" charges if applicable as much as I don't want to. I would rather have my gears as promised and paid for and simply move along but it would appear that my hand is being forced here. I hope he does the right thing ASAP. I will post any info that I retrieve so that you may try and get your issue resolved as well.

If anyone is waiting on parts from Justin Herren("Juiced SS") and is unable to obtain them then please send me proof and I will forward you the above information. Please make sure to include actual proof.

I certainly hope that Justin is well and that this is some type of mistake due to unforeseen circumstances on his part as I hate being ugly over sour deals but right is right.
