Need Help Asap I was looking for some injectors on here, a guy PM'd me. i'll leave his name out in case it gets resolved...$350 for a 60# injectors, i send him the money using my PayPal "buyer credit" (becuase its less hassle than dealing with my bank-paypal BS). i see that he received the money and had shipped the injectors. the next day or that night (can't remember) he PMs me saying he can't get the money out of his paypal account for some reason, so he CANCELS the transaction. the tracking number i was given never worked on ups.com. i don't know if he cancelled the paypal, or cancelled the shipment, or both. EITHER way, as of right now i'm out $350 and have no injectors, which he said would be here wednesday or thursday at the latest.
what do i do? what CAN i do? my paypal account still shows him having received the money and i haven't been refunded. i have no injectors or evidence that they are even headed my way.
