Bad Seller: 99DWPTA
Purchased rims/tires for $1000, sent payment through paypal for full amount. Seller was contemplating shipping to me since I'm in Canada, however decided to proceed. We agreed on final price to include shipping costs, insurance on packages and tracking number. Seller stopped communicating with me after I paid and asked for an update (last response I received was that he has removed the rims and are getting them cleaned and packaged up ready for shipping).
Seller created a thread asking about shipping to a Canadian https://ls1tech.com/forums/showthrea...607&highlight=
Screenshot in case thread gets deleted:

See thread https://ls1tech.com/forums/lsx-parts-sale/856561-fs-ttii-s-w-tires.html for more details.
I have all pm's in case further proof is req'd.
I will be requesting a full refund from the seller 1 week after my full payment was made (so a couple days from now). Paypal will send the dispatch email to him, however if he doesn't not comply to this refund, how do I get my money back or does paypal find me in favor if he declines? Help?!

Issue resolved. Refunded my money.

I live in Canada and have bought hundreds of items from The U.S. If you are shipping to Canada or internationally, do not use either mailing systems. (Canada Post or USPS) Soon as the package is destined for international borders, if lost, each system blames the other system, leaving the buyers and sellers holding the bag. Mostly the buyer out his/her hard earned money.
If you ship internationally use a private carrier like, UPS, FED-X, DHL, and any other ones I may have missed. No I do not work for any of them and I do not endorse any particular company.
The nice thing about the companies above is you can track your packages and you can phone them to hold packages if the need arises.
It has been said many times, but use COD if possible. I find most sellers will not use COD even when I offer to front the shipping charges(both ways) and the fees. I would rather lose double the shipping charges than the cost of big ticket items.

You agreed to a sale an accepted the funds then decided not to send the items?
Refund the money without this having to get paypal involved. It's pretty straight forward you screwed up on this deal.
