Looking for some help on what I should do
Looking for some help on what I should do Ok guys, I do not want to ruin the person's rep, but I jsut do not know what to do. I bought a hood off of someone on the local forum, and for a while they kept up with pms. Now I am wondering what to do, seeing as I asked him to ship the hood via greyhound (called and confirmed that they could do it, since I was going to be paying for it via the phone) and he said he would, until I told him that he had to package it himself. Ever since, I've heard nothing from him. I even offered to find him a box from a shop around him and pay for all the packing materials, and still no response. Should I go ahead and file for a refund through paypal or should I wait and see if he responds? He's been on every day, he just doesn't respond. He has a trader rating of 4 and it's 100% positive, so I do not want to ruin it if it's under different circumstances that I am not aware of.

I do not want to persue a negative strike against him yet, I want to give him untilt onight before I do anything. I do know that if he doesn't respond to any of my e-mails though that I will be forced to file a suit with paypal, of which I do not want to do
