Recently I bought a TNT kit that wasnt as said to be after a few days the seller refunded my money. He did not send return shipping or anything as to that just a address. I sent it out parcel post cheapest way I could. After a few days I seen that the seller had posted the parts forsale. Witch makes me think he has gotten them. Well after being posted forsale a few days goes by then he starts asking where it is. Ive talked to the post office and they said it should be there no problem. Now the guy is threating me for the money back because he says he hasnt gotten the item but. It was posted here and sold here. Ive talked to the post office 5 times now and they see no reason as to why he would not of gotten it. Does anyone have a number to a higher up office for the postal service? Im trying to find things out for the guy. But it seems weird after some time goes by that he posts it forsale. LMK if you have any ideas as to places I should call.

 

Unless you got some kind of delivery confirmation there really is nothing you can do. No way the post office can prove that it was actually delivered.

 

It would be interesting to see the link to the for sale posts, the one you bought from and another offering a similar or same kit for sale. That being said this still is an issue you will have to settle with the seller yourself.

As mentioned it is always the best to purchase delivery confirmation which is not expensive. It can be tracked online and shown as to the address and date it was delivered to.
