trix-storm=fail

I bought arp studs from him he said they shipped two weeks ago and they never came. He also has no tracking number.

Since you filled out a claim I think that Paypal will try to contact him and see if they can resolve it.

he sent me a pm saying my address was wrong. I checked and it is correct.

sorry to say but pay-pal has no ***** !!!!!!!!!!!! they willl ask the guy what up and if he doesn't reply end of story, always use a credit card through pay pal then you can challenge the cc company or stop payment, https://complaint.ic3.gov/Default.aspx then do this good luck.
