Pay Pal sucks. They only guarantee that you get the package. I bought a intercooler for my truck and it showed up with the tabs broke. Pay Pal wanted us to work it out, gave us 6 weeks. After 6 weeks of nothing they denied my claim.

Paypal is probably your best option. For the most part it's good. But you have to realize if you do a transaction outside of an ebay auction, they won't gurantee the condition of goods. As long as "A" package was delivered to your address, they don't care what was in there. How could they police the condition of goods?

On a side note, I had someone steal my credit card number and try to make a fake atm card and use it in f@cking Russia and it didnt work. My bank account got locked and so did my Paypal account. Paypal told me to update my info to use my account again but I didnt because I was too scared to enter my info online again and now I can no longer use Paypal.
