There is a label on my drivers door that says SLP and the factory in which is was outfitted by slp. Is this the same label that you are talking about?

If you can't find the sticker call them with your VIN.
They will tell you the options, the date it got there, the date it left, etc. They told me a lot more than what I asked about.

SLP did some seriously amazing things for F-Bodies. They brought power back to the Firebird after the EPA had there way through the 70's and 80's. All street legal power. They coincided with GM to make our cars better. EVERY manufacturer over-reports horsepower gains. There prices aren't really that high except for the SSE and little electronics. With all due respect, don't talk about things you know nothing about.

slp is overpriced on many things, & they exaggerate there hp numbers probably more than anyone in the ls market, they have done great things in the past, and maybe they will in the future, they have great quality parts from what I have seen, and they are currently running the firehawk name into the ground, and you don't have to go out of your way to tell someone they don't know anything when its an opinion, just like my statement

If you don't like SLP then simply don't purchase anything from them. You can have your opinion about what products you like and what products you don't. But you don't have to bitch about it. I personaly think SLP makes a great product and have done alot to make the f-bodies what they are.
