clutch problems!!
Try a full bleed of the hydraulics. If that doesn't fix it, you can try the drill mod. But if there are a lot of miles on the car or master, you might want to just replace it altogether. If the drill mod on the stock master doesn't fix it, you'll definitely want to replace the master. If that doesn't fix it, you'll be pulling the trans to replace the slave or possibly the entire clutch itself. How many miles on the car? If there are a lot on the clutch/hydraulics, you might want to just replace the whole thing if you go through the trouble to pull the trans or pay to have it pulled since you need to pull the transmission to get to the slave.
Those are the steps to diagnose the sticky clutch pedal starting with the easiest/cheapest and going up to the hardest/most expensive.
When you try the bleed, take your time and make sure that by the time you're done, all of the fluid in the system is new fluid. You should have totally clear fluid coming out of the bleeder by the end.
This sticky will go into more details about each of these steps: https://ls1tech.com/forums/manual-tr...-write-up.html

And yes, replacing the whole setup - clutch, slave, and master - will fix your problem assuming it is installed and bled correctly.
