stock rockers

Is it okay to run your stock rockers with aftermarket cam. I have a tsp tr3 cam and 5.3 stage 2.5 heads. My rockers only have 18,000 miles on them. Can I get by using these? Any help appreciated.

Most on here do, especially with factory castings.
