Transmission problem???

Transmission problem??? ok so i don't have an LS1 motor but i'm new at reparing/maintaining my vehicle..i own an 98 camaro with a 3800 Series 2 motor(V6 engine)...my problem deals with the transmission...ok,so its hard to put my car into gear and lately at times i've noticed that it's starting to move on its own. I will have my foot on the brake and clutch,then proceed to take my foot off the brake,while keeping the clutch depressed,yet the car will try to move as if i am releasing the clutch. i've been told that this is probably related to the slave cylinder. any help or suggestions???
Definitely a clutch engagement issue. Basically your clutch is dragging even while the pedal is depressed, most likely due to a failing master or slave cylinder.
Stop driving the car is you can, and if you must drive it, shift into neutral at stops and let the clutch out. Because every time you stop and hold the clutch pedal in, you're frying the clutch disc. And each time you try and shift gears with the engine running, you're putting excessive wear on the transmission internals.
Definitely get the problem adress ASAP before it causes more damage.
