Default 2 questions. help me out.

first, does anyone know a part # or from which car i can get an O2 sensor for that has longer wires so i dont have to do the whole splicing thing with the O2 sensor wire header extensions? im sure im not the only one whos lazy and has thought about it.

and second, will MT drag radials really only last 3k miles? seems like everyone on here has said you can only get 3-5k out of them, but ive talked to people who have used them and they said that theyve gotten 15-20k miles out of them. im talking about for just normal driving. maybe going to the strip 2-3 times a year. i need new tires and its between MT and nitto DRs, and i really dont wanna spin anymore.

For the power you are making a 275 wide nitto will do just fine. Stock wheels? I just bought o2 extions with my LT's.

I have used that Bosch O2 as well, works wonders. As for tire life, I had one of the original batches of M/T ET DR and they went to about 12k before being pretty much shot and I raced them about 50 or so passes Which IMO is a great run.

Oh btw, they were still sticky, I just lost all of the rain grooves and all I had left was the side ones and I did not feel safe. Nittos WILL spin at the track, as an auto is easier on the launch, a M6 will def ruin your track day. IF you get the M/T, GET A LINE LOCK, even if it is an auto as not all track lay down enough water and to power brake heats up the brakes and binds up the car (i.e. breakage/wheel hop).

ive got 275s right now but im kinda gettin tired of my c5 z06's so i may be goin wider so ill probably just go with nittos, since ill still have the 10 bolt and im an M6 and i dont wanna have to get a line lock. and saying tires just depend on burnouts etc etc is an extremely broad answer hahaha

I have 275 nittos on my trex cammed car, they hold up just fine. I also drove my car from FL to KY with those same tires and they are still fine. But I dont spin my tires or abuse the car either lol.
