i just got an 02 z28, when i took it over to my friends he said that the black epoxy piece between the windows and the hatch was a recall part due to the bubbling that was occurring, and since i couldnt find anything about it being a recall piece i wanted to ask you guys if it truly is a recall piece

 

There was a TSB regarding bubbling paint on the sail panel due to the glue used on 99+ or something to that effect.

The black sail panel is what your talking about. It's prob. a lil to late now though to do anything lol
