how to ls1 to ls2 Wondering if anyone can give me a list of things i need off of a donor ls2 gto to swap into a trans am, both are m6. Anyone? or can someone link a forum post or topic. thanks
Basically you just need a knock sensor relocation harness and a cam position extension harness. You will either need to buy a throttle cable mount if you are going to run the LS2 intake or move your LS1 intake and TB. This of course is if you have a fully built LS2 to put in the car. If you just have a short-block, you will need a new front cover and timing chain w/ the 1x cam signal along with the harnesses listed above. We have everything you need to get the job done.
