That's where they run. Pointing at about 12 oclock on the dash needle. In actuality, in warm weather, the motor more then likely is running more near 230. The dash will still show 210 when the motor is running 230.

you have nothing to worry about but the dash gauge isn't very accurate fyi. you can be running a 180* thermostat with fans starting at 190* and the gauge will still be at 12 o'clock
