Replacing/matching/measuring correct headers for current setup

Replacing/matching/measuring correct headers for current setup I am wanting to find out what size headers I have, because I've been reading that the headers should be matched in size (diameter). I'm not to familiar with the sizing of headers, but I'm assuming this has to do with scavage effect of the exhaust/header setup.
I currently have pacesetter LTs (not sure on exact size, because they came with the car...anyone know if there are any marks/codes on the primaries that indicate the size?
Next, is it true that a header setup could be too big? Am I just worrying for no reason? Should I just leave the setup alone?
My current mods are as follows:
Port and Polished LS1 Throttle body
LS6 Intake
PRC 2.5 heads (5.3)
Torquer V.3 Cam 231/234 .643"/.598" 111 LSA
3200 Stall converter
Long tubes and ORY(switching to duals)
Will be adding suspension mods (strip/street setup)
