p0420 code being thrown
p0420 code being thrown its on bank 1. Isnt there one o2 sensor on bank one, and one cat? so its gotta be either of the two are going bad correct? i just replaced the sensor about 3 months ago
P0420 is a bad CAT. Confirmed since you replaced the 02 sensor and it's throwing the code again. I'm actually taking my WS6 in this weekend, if schedules allow for it, to have the entire exhaust replaced from headers all the way to the tips! I've been having the exact code for about a year just didn't have the funds to upgrade everything the right way! 
For what it's worth, you're going to spend $1,000-$1,500 between parts and labor to just replace the OEM part, so why not take the opportunity to upgrade. Unless money is tight.

Oh those cats are coming off! I'm ordering some pacesetter l.t.'s and t.s.p. x pipe with sweet thunder mufflers in the next couple of weeks. The light coming on is just the excuse I need to go ahead and drop some money for the exhaust I've been putting off!
