need catylic converter, which is good My trans am convertible 2000 has the original exhust. I will be getting the loud mouth from slp. It is a cat back exhust. I saw on their wedsite that they sell catylic converters aols. Does any one know if they are a direct fit to stock manifolds or are they for slp headers only.

Magnaflow makes some compact spun cats in just about about any dia. you'd need. I was going to order some of those before I just decided to say, "**** cats."

Most of the converters you are going to find are going to require some fab work to get them in. I don't know anyone who sells are direct replacement with the cats by themselves. Most are going to require you to buy the complete y-pipe.
