Default tb problem

Well I bought a used 90mm NW TB and I am having a problem with it. I was just wondering if anyone ran into this problem and what they did to fix it. It appears that the throttle body shaft is leaking air, thats what my shop says anyway. Is this a fixable problem?

Never really ran into it, I would contact The manufacturer, its probably something simple like an O-ring or seal.

turns out the real problem was a leak in a vac line, so all of them were replaced with new hoses. Car still has trouble starting up and at running a/c, i checked all the common problems like iac and all that is new. We are thinking it may possibly be a bad ground or maybe even the ecu?
