a few induction ???s
i have a very nooby question i have a BONE stock 02 WS6 im def going to get a air lid and a K and N filter but im also looking at changing the MAF sensor out, if i do will i need to retune it??? and also what kind of horsepower am i looking at gaining???

If you change out the MAF to a larger MAF you will need to have it tuned. The computer uses the MAF and the front O2s to determine how much fuel to give the motor, if the MAF gets changed it has to be tuned almost immediately or it will run terribly.
With a larger MAF we look to pick up anywhere between 5-8 rwhp realistically.

MAF sensor is not a mod I would worry about at your level. I agree with ULTIMATEORANGESS, you should be looking at headers before an MAF.
