P0430 engine code TSB 5513

I have had this engine code 3X since I bought my 2002 35th ann Camaro about a year and a half ago (bank 2). The car seems to hunt around for the correct idle speed (550 rpm). I did some research and it appears that this may be cat related? I am convinced it is not the o2 sensor since the car is actually running a little rough at idle. Acceleration feels good. I also found TSB 5513 that shows extended warranty on the cats. Can anyone confirm warranty extension - 8yr - 80k, or 10yr - 120k? What other issues could cause the idle/P0430 code?

im having the same problem did you happen to figure the issue? i also have rough idle but i did plugs and wires it runs great just at idle is rougher then usual and the ses comes on with the code

P0420/P0430 99% of the time is a bad cat. GM did extend the warranty on the 00-02 LS1 cars for cats - I got a letter in the mail. Can't remember the specifics but posted them here for sure. Just search for P0420 or P0430, losts of posts on it.
