problem with car need advice? have a 99' trans am cammed ls6 intake and sts 67mm turbo intercooled and meth injected i recently just got it tuned it put down 445 at 9 psi, but ne ways the problem i ran into is it been bogged down and not running very good i had my experienced mechanic drive it and he told me the cats were clogged and i need a off-road y pipe with no cats, im just wondering if what he is saying is possible or true? looking for some imput thanks guys

Personally, I wouldn't be using cats with a setup like yours in the first place, so I'd want the ORY no matter what. But that's your call.
