hey just bought a 02 ws6 and after 1000 miles the trip automaticly resets. is this normal my 98 trans am does not do this.thanks.

Yeah, 1000 miles is the limit before it resets itself as far as I know. When I first got my 2000, it had like 45x miles on the trip odometer, when I got it up to the 1000 mile mark, I watched it reset itself right there on the spot as I was rolling down the street.

Thanks man. Just checking. its also funny how the 02 when its low on gas will say check gauges and the 98 will not have anything.
