Question Car Battery Installation
Is the battery for a 2002 pontiac firdbird ws6 suppose to secure its from moving with the half hexagone rubber component. Is it suppose to go above the lower battery railing or below.

Thank you.

If anyone knows of a picture I can look at to make sure have it secured that would be helpful. Thank you once again.

Put the battery in and the. Drop the holder over the lip and bolt it in the holder rides above the lip of the battery to hold it down and from moving
