Default slp performance package?

So I have seen on a couple sites selling slp performance packages that include full slp exhaust ie headers and a lm cat back, lid, ram air, smooth bellow, 82mm maf, and a slp tune... And all this comes out to 400 hp. So now I ask is that to the wheel? And what kind of tune is pushing a full exhaust car with a lid and maf to 400 hp? Does anyone have this or seen it make these numbers? I'm just wondering cause I have seen guys with full exhaust lid and a cam not make 400

400 from those mods would be at the crank. That SLP package is a huge waste of money. SLP's headers are overpriced junk, smooth bellow is junk, and the stock MAF is fine at that power level.

X2^^ just get pacesetter headers, ORY, lid , cat back, and if your a m6 car you would be maKing 340-350 ish to the wheels .. What yr is your car? A4 or m6?

Smart man above me right there. I have a 98 Z28 M6 with Pacesetter LT's, ORY, LM1, K&N Intake, Ported and Polished Throttle Body, and LS6 Intake Manifold and make 355rwhp 366 ft lbs.

Pacesetter Headers w/ Texas Speed ORY, O2 Extensions, and GM gaskets=$435 Texas Speed.com
SLP LM1=$429 Texas Speed.com
K&N FIPK=$150 used in classifieds here
P+P Throttle Body=$75 sponsor on here just ask around
LS6 Intake Manifold=$300 barely used in classifieds here
Dyno Tune=$200

Total spent on 80+rwhp=About $1590

Of course you can skip the dyno tune and get a cheaper catback and bring it down to about 1200 without losing much hp at all.

slp is junk, there numbers are so blown up its crazy, there 25 hp is more like 3

SLP Stuff is great quality stuff but u can buy cheaper stuff and get the same HP !
Pacesetter Coated Headers w/ off road y-pipe
SLP Pulley
P&P TB
Suspension
Yank Converter
Katech Solid Tensioner
Hypertech Hand Tuner
I Ran 11.80@ 114 and spent just under $2500 in a 02 Camaro SS !!

O ok, yea I was just wondering how true it was, I have a stock 02 a4 and pulled 315 about a month ago. But thanks for all the advice and now knowledge. I was looking at pacesetter lt's with a tsp true dual setup, 3500 stall, and a trans go shift kit to get me started

I would go w/ the Headers and off road y-pipe and a Yank SS3600 and leave the stock cat back ! I had a stock cat back on every LS car i have owned and ran fast times and a tuned tranny will b just fine rather than spend the money on a shift kit !Instead of spending x amount of money on a cat back and shift kit have the car dyno tuned instead !

Yank 3600 stall pacesetter longtubes, tsp Ypipe. Make sure you go with the ceramic coated headers keep as much heat out of the engine bay as possible. get a new catback you'll choke the exhaust the stock exhaust is restricted! I went with slp loud mouth II pretty much 3inch all the way back off the headers
