So I removed my EGR this weekend (pretty simple) but in the same wiring harness as the EGR there is a black and green wire that goes down to the bottom of the block. Anyone know what it's for or is it part of the EGR setup too? I would like to remove it or relocate it. Thanks.

 

I beleive that is the ground wire...in which you do not want to remove.
