Default Lq4 throttle body swap?

I'm sure this question has been answered before, but can't seem to find. I was thinking of putting a LQ4 drive by cable early 2000s throttle body on my 02 WS6. My questions are, should I go ahead and get the MAF also, and will I need to calibrate the PCM via scan tool(if I use either the LQ4 MAF or the WS6 stock MAF)?
Thanks for any feed back.

Just want to try the larger millimeter size for additional air flow and hp.

Gotcha. If you end up putting the larger MAF on there you will have to have the car tuned to adjust for the MAF size change.
