Default Everything I need?

I have a 2000 z28 a4 completely stock at the moment I plan on taking it to the track this spring to get some base numbers I have already purchased some pacesetter LTs ceramic coated but they are the ones with the ports on them so I'm going to cap them off and remove my air and egr I'm going to get the proper o2 extensions and thinking I should get better gaskets thoughts? I'm going with an ORY not sure on rest of exhaust yet will also be doing poly MM not sure on trans mount yet also a lid and switching to a 3.42 rear end out of a 98 and subframe connectors so my question is are there any other small things I should do before I take it back to the track I know stall would be nice but not in the budget this year thanks

I would look over the car overall and check it all over, I would do the trans mount too. Make sure when you do the header swap use MLS gaskets not the crappy ones Pacesetter supply's.

A poly trans mount vibrates more than I can stand. I have had very good luck with the copper gaskets that come with the the headers 30,000mi and no leaks. The Pacesetter ORY has a merge that needs a lot of work I was able to get some of the overlap cut off with a torch and then welded a 20" extension on a carbide burr to finish cleaning it up. The Pacesetter headers tuck up under the car really well and i have never drug them on a lowered car but the ORY is a POS.

Yeah I'm still debating on what trans mount to go with.... My headers didn't come with copper gaskets they came with some crappy paper ones that's y I'm gunna upgrade don't wanna be changing gaskets in 5,000 miles.... I was thinking of going with the TSP ORY hopefully it's a better design thanks for the info
