Idling problem
Idling problem Not sure where to post this so I'll post it in here. Ever since I bought it used my car has been idling funny. When i'm @ a light with my foot on the brake the needle goes from 700 down to 300 and keeps doing that until I accelrate. The only thing I can think is the owner before me installed aftermarket maf-ends on it. They look like whisper maf-ends. I think the owner before me had headers on the car and it wasnt doing this but when they put stock crap back on it started idlin funny. Any info anyone on this problem?

If they had a bunch of mods on it and then removed them...they might have had it tuned and now without some of the mods, the tune might not be right. Or it might be a stock tune that is having issues with maf ends. Have you tried putting stock maf ends on the car? If you want to try stock maf ends, drop me a PM on EFA...we've got a set sitting around we can swap temporarily.
