Whenever my car goes over bums the back of my car makes a weird thud sound tonight when i pushed the car side to side I could hear it also its coming from the back what the hell could it be I have checked the wheels they are torqued right help please

Its most likely the exhaust system banging on the top of the rearend cross member, or perhaps your rearend bottoming out on the bump stops.
