Default My guage pillar setup!

I snapped a few pictures of my guage setup..

From top to bottom: Autometer Phantom Oil Temp guage, Autometer Cobalt C-2 A/F Ratio, and Autometer Phantom Water Temp guage.

They are held in by an Autometer Triple guage pod. I tried to keep with the Red and Blue them that was in the HVAC Controls and in my radio.

Looks pretty sweet. It'd be better if you had one that said "NITROUS", and one that said "BOOST"

The nitrous one will be replacing the oil temp guage in a week or so...

I'd get rid of the useless AF ratio gauge before oil temp myself.

It does look cool at night though

Trans temp, Fuel pressure, water temp. All the rest is useless. IMO

Looks sweet in the dark shots, bet you get looks from everybody that pulls up on the drivers side after dark!!!

BTW, not to sound like a know it all, but that is not a Cobalt, it's a C2, the Cobalts look more like a sport comp black face gauge, except the pointers light up red and they have blue LED backlighting.

Just in case anybody wanted to order 'em, didn't want them to order Cobalts, expecting C2's.

Looks sweet man!

It's an M6 so tranny temp is pretty much useless. I agree to ditch the A/F and replace that with your nitrous gauge. Oil temp is a must as well as water temp.

Yea.. the a/f ratio guage is a COBALT C-2 guage. There were two groups of the Cobalt guages.

And yes.. the guages get alot of attention at night time. Even though the A/F may be useless. It is a pretty cool light show..

I was wondering about the Oil and Water temp guages. They're usually only about 2-3 degrees difference in these two. So having one or the other would pretty much tell the temps of them both.

Also my buddy told me that since my guages light up red and blue at night, the cops may starting giving me crap.. If this is the cases, why would guage makers make them blue to draw the police to ya?

I haven't had any problems yet though..

so all of the phantom gauges are red? also, the pictures might not do them justice, but is it shedding enough light that you can read them at night?

It doesn't work that way in the Z06. There is no way I would let one gauge tell me the temp of something else by assuming.

Nah.. the Phantom guages actually come with a normal white bulb, they come with a red and a green bulb cover. I sure that you can buy other colors also.

The picture made the middle look dim, but they are pretty bright at night.

Jegs is where I bought them.. about $210 for everything if I remember right..
